窦挺峰,中国科学院大学资源与环境学院教授,地球系统数值模拟与应用全国重点实验室研究员。长期从事大气冰冻圈、极地海冰与气候变化研究。发表论文80余篇。先后十余次赴极地和青藏高原开展野外观测。获基金委青年B(优青)项目”大气冰冻圈:北极区域变化与全球时空格局”(2022-2025)资助。担任科技部“海洋环境安全保障与岛礁可持续发展”重点专项总体专家组成员,中国冰冻圈科学学会常务理事、教育委员会主任、极地专委会委员,国际数字地球中国委员会极地专委会委员,第四纪科学研究会极地专委会委员等学术职务。获领雁金奖,教育部首届全国优秀教材特等奖,全国优秀教材一等奖,“施雅风冰冻圈与环境基金”优秀青年科学家奖,中科院教育教学成果一等奖,中科院院长奖等。作为主笔撰写多篇海洋和极地领域决策报告,其中四篇被两办采用。
