窦挺峰，中国科学院大学资源与环境学院教授。长期从事极地海冰与气候变化、大气层内冰体的辐射和水文效应等气象科学研究。在JOURNAL OF GEOPHYSICAL RESEARCH-OCEANS、Earth's Future、JOURNAL OF OCEAN UNIVERSITY OF CHINA等期刊发表学术论文10余篇。
